anyone know why they are starting the tour before the album is released.  I"m sure it wil still be great listening to "the incident" for the first time live.  However given my choice I'd like to digest the music for a while at home before the show.

I enjoy hearing new material live first, it always makes you like it more (in all my cases of doing so)

I know. Mine too. Approve

Just imagine Mr. Wilson stopping mid-concert and saying "And now for our fan and friend Alex from ProgArchives, "Haaaapyyyy biiiirrtthhhdaaaaaayyyy tooooooooo yooooouuuuuu..............". Great show. Cool

If they tour Australia and not NZ, then maybe I'll have to find some cheap airfares...

I got my tickets for SEP 22, Chicago IL. It's at a smaller venue, so I'll be right up in front. Maybe I'll even shake steve's hand and thank him for the great years of prog :)
