Looks like it's the day of the passing of the not very old celebs today - Farah Fawcett first, then Michael - and latest on the rumour mill is that Jeff Goldblum died after an on set accident in New Zealand.

I can't actually believe this. That's it, I'm putting on Thriller. His body may be dead but his soul is alive and f**king kicking in his music. RIP dude.

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I'm much more interested in this Jeff Goldblum rumour, to be honest.

It's still sad though, that he's died.  I'm not a fan of his music or him but as HP said, it's sad that he seemed to lead a sad and lonely life.

I'm not exactly the BIGGEST fan of his music, but you gotta appreciate his contribution to the modern pop scene. He practically created it.

Erm, but I don't like the modern pop scene...

I digress though.

I'll leave this thread for the mourners.

CNN still have not confirmed it.

But if it true, a pop legend has died today.

It's on the yahoo.com homepage.

I think he's gone.

RIP Michael.

I mean this with no disrespect, but it's almost a relief. The man's life had become SO tragic in recent years...

Yeah, this sucks.
