Alamaailman Vasarat are my favourite Finnish band.

Jarno Sarkula is cool too. Big smile

Oh hell yeah they are Clap Their new, so far their best in my opinion, album has surprisingly low ratings here but it's been getting better after the first two two star reviews. I'm curious about the upcoming dvd, it features footage from two gigs I attended...

Ooh, I've got some Huono Parturi to listen to!

And also 2009-related, when's Hammgma's latest coming out?

I like Overhead.  I have a couple of albums from them.  I will have to give them some more listens so I feel comfortable enough to review them.

I've been in e-mail contact with Stakula.  In fact, it was thanks to him that I interviewed him (see my interview in the Interview section) and also got a free copy of Maahan.

I don't have the new one yet.

But I did know of the forthcoming DVD way before a lot of people did.  I think they plan to release the soundtrack for that film too at some point.

For me, yes.

Even though Jarno Sarkula was in that band as well. LOL

I just feel AV's albums flow better.  HK's are all over the place but are more varied in style.

I was talking about the Overhead dvd, you were just quick enough to slip a post between me and Rico Tongue So there's a dvd coming from Alamaailman Vasarat?

I have Vasaraasia and Maahan, both bought by my girlfriend, and I like them in small doses. I should listen to them some more, especially Maahan feels pretty good.

For me, yes.

For me, yes, too, at least give the two AV albums I've heard.

Damn, I thought you meant the new AV album.  'cause some don't like that as much either and AV do have a DVD coming out. LOL

LOL Try them by all means, you might even like them Wink But do not listen to the first sample song from the 'archives, their debut isn't that great.
