My band would be something like this:

Lead guitar: Janice

Bass/vocals: Floyd Pepper

Keyboards: Dr. Teeth

Piano: Rowlf

Drums: Animal

Sax: Zoot

Seriously though... here's a proper list as well :).

Lead Guitar: Omar Rodriguez-Lopez

Rhythm Guitar: Bob Fripp

Vocals: Devin Townsend

Bass: Geddy Lee

Drums: Billy Cobham

Drums - Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater)
Bass - Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel)
Keyboards - Me (Hey, if it's my band, I'm playing in it as well)
Guitar - John Mitchell (Frost*, Arena, It Bites, Kino)
Vocals - Marco Glühmann (Sylvan)
Theremin - Carolina Eyck  (Why, cause I love the sound of a Theremin and she's got it like that.).

Mikael Åkerfeldt is a fantastic Lead Guitar player as well. To limit him to just Rhythm Guitar duties is a bit of a slap in the face, don't you think? Shocked

I LIKE this guy. George Kollias may well be my favourite metal drummer, but this is the thing you see. Nile really do have some progressive moments so he's not entirely unwelcome in this thread.
