Here are a section of some of the best goats I've ever seen:

This is Dupree. He is a South African common goat and his hobbies include running, sleeping, chewing and farting. Durpee is head of Economics at Southfields University, South London.

Sweet Georgia works in Logistics and Supply for a reputable firm of Investment bankers. She is married with two kids.

Dupree 2 has just returned from a 3 month Frisbee exhibition tour of the Balkans. A fan of baseball and Suduko, Dupree 2 is colour blind and is the founding director of the Flat Earth Society.

King Midas was sadly born with a growth hormone imbalance is currently 380ft tall. Midas enjoys good food and his favourite band is Simply Red

And finally we have Julian Bedwetter. Julian is most famous for inventing grass but now shuns the celebrity spotlight after accidentially decapitating Julian Lennon with a shovel.

All the goats are over 18 (in goat years) and have signed an affidavit confirming that none of them were mistreated on the day and all the martinis purchsed and consumed at the shoot were paid for using private NOT public funds.

A rare photo here of Artimus Ferencz whose hobbies include stamp collecting, fine wines, chess and synchronised swimming:

Regretably, owing to a bizarre mud accident in his childhood, he now has a marked allergy to the ground.

Ah you pulled out the big guns first didn't you Mr G? I'm not sure I can top Artimus in the super goat stakes although it's sad to see that his little hooves still haven't terra firma yet.

Ground allergies are a menace for all goatkind. We must do something to help these poor creatures.

A rare photograph of Mr. Clum.  He has been on Earth now since 1908 when his ship crash landed in Tunguska.  He is well-travelled and his hobbies include crop circles and cattle mutilation.  He currently works as an investment banker.
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

Is this the same Mr Clum who won Canadian Pipe Smoker Of The Year 1986?

No no - you're thinking of Mr Clom who won that particular honour in 1896:

Easy mistake to make - there are so many Canadian goat pipe competitions now, it's hard to keep up

Do you know, I'd forgotten that?

She was originally inspired by her cousins, who used to tour the country and western nights in Bolton under the stage name "The Great Stupendo and Hilda":

Martina and Michael celebrate winning the North East England Mick Jagger Mixed doubles preliminary at Goatshead in 2007.

They eventually went on to finish third or fourth.

Do 'The Stanley' otherwise I'll thrash you with some rhubarb.

Is that two goats or one goat with two heads?

Mr and Mrs. Erg know how to have a lot of fun at the weekends.  Mr. Erg also has impeccable taste in shirts.

Any one for lunch?

Artimus “Clem” Tyas is a semi-retired banjo maker from Monkey’s Eyebrow, Kentucky. He enjoys riding the rails of the Southwestern United States chronicling life among the sharecroppersand immigrant population. He has been arrested twenty-seven times for performing acts of civil disobedience against border patrol agents and other mean people.  He once organized an effort to dismantle portions of the wall across Brownsville, Texas and reassemble the boards into makeshift housing.  Local officials razed the homes after their attempts to assess property taxes on the structures failed.

His most cherished memory is sharing a night in jail in Tuscaloosa Alabama in 1957 with several other civil rights protestors, singing “We Shall Overcome” by the neon light of the Crow Bar Tavern sign that shown through the steel bars of the cell window.

Favorite singer: Arlo Guthrie

Favorite quote: “Do you know the difference between education and experience? Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don't.” (Pete Seeger)

"Peace is the only battle worth waging."

Albert Camus
