My River Flows is their best - but you could also try I Move.  Either way you won't be disappointed.  Actually, a really, really excellent intro would be their live set, Live at Nearfest.  Easily one of the best prog live sets I own.

I'm not a big fan of modern symph or neo in general, but IZZ really gets it done for me.

I stuck to bands actually in symphonic here at PA. It would change drastically if I were to add symphonic albums added from bands in other subgenres. Something like this:
