It is great, They are an all women band from Guinea ( all of them are in the army as well) The band has been going for over 40 years it says on the cover but I doubt with the same line upSmile  It is contempary Guinean music but very 70,s in a way similar to Bembeya Jazz but they were all male. The music is proper African music from that area and with the trippy lead guitar, saxes with African percussion, great backing vocals and with a cuban feel throughout, luv it. " More power too em'  my oldest daughter" saysLOL
I really think it is one of the best Afican albums I have heard in ages. The other one that is really good is Orchestra Baobab ( Made in Dakar) Youssou N'Dour is on that as a guest and that is absolutely fabulous too, more Cuban and African music combined  That band is from Senegal and they have been around from the eighties at least but play that old African sound before Mblax was sung in Senegal anyway here is the Baobab cover
Anyway now you have done it guess what continent my selection will be fromLOL
