Actually, I'd been looking at Taylor guitars for 5 years, when I graduated from residency, it was my gift to myself.
Taylor 440-ce, nicest instrument I own. | I only played a Taylor once or twice, but I can tell you it's one of the best acoustic guitars I've ever played.
I'm perfectly happy with what I play though- A Seagull Artist with Godin electronics.

Very nice, I've played those and they perform very well. If I ever get a twelve string I may have to try the Seagulls again.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

Hi James! Thanks!
To me ELP are like Buddhism. They're not really a religion, but more a way of life! And continue to enlighten and bring me closer to Nirvana! :D

I didn't really leave... just hung around in the ELP appreciation thread mostly. But thanks for the welcome back. And of course I have the photo with Greg. He's just not getting out as much as the other two are these days. Hopefully that will change soon!

^ And a bit of a drinking problem I think. He was banned from a few sites. He even sent messages around under a different name saying that he died in a car accident. But couldn't help himself after a while and started the same trash messages. Last I heard from him, he sent me a congrats message a couple years ago right after I got married.
Oh now there's a picture...

This is me yesterday on my back verandah with my two Grandchildren, (Samuel nearly 2, and Kaylee 5 months). I mind them every thursday throughout the day, they are VIP's in the house.
Here is another one of me with Samuel, only 3 months.
