It's much deeper than the other Pixar movies I've seen - lots of symbolism, social commentary, etc. - and the story, effects, and music are all excellent.

I've had a few minor bursts of anxiety and depression in the last month, but I think it's over for now.  Sometimes, I think they're necessary in this modern society, and when they happen to me, I try not to take it too seriously and try introspection.

Hopefully your attack didn't last too long.  I'm not sure if I ever had an anxiety "attack", but I feel general uneasiness as a result of social issues often.

Guitar solo on Rouge Ciel "Teuteuta" is ridiculous.

I did a search on eMusic for Rouge Ciel and they weren't there.  Interestingly though, in their bands like Rouge Ciel they included a band from Detroit called Thoughts of Ionesco.  Here is an AllMusic Guide link. http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:gcfuxqy0ldke~T1

I could be wrong but the bio sounds like something James has been looking for.  "Confrontational to audiences, uninterested in record labels, exceedingly dark and heavy, the band played music that was once referred to by Alternative Press magazine as "the ultimate realization of pain-through-sound.""  "mixing hatred and aggression with super-heavy riffs, free jazz exploration, a brutal live show, and hefty doses of nihilism, self-loathing, and pure masochistic rage to produce a sound wholly challenging and frequently misunderstood."  "due to the inaccessibility of their records, they remained obscure (though rather revered) upon their eventual implosion in 1999."  Their album "1998's A Skin Historic, which SPIN called "an art-core mindf**k")

I don't think so - and I wouldn't be confident that you would enjoy it.  Maybe the first one, though.

However, the band I played recently, Yugen, now that I could see you possibly enjoying.  Check out the reviews for Labirinto d'acqua on their PA page - they sort of blend a particular avant-prog approach with some symphonic sensibilities, a lot of their stuff is drenched in mellotron.
