Quick life story:  went to school in Philadelphia where I met my wife, after graduation we lived in the DC suburbs for 6 years, then moved back in the summer of 2005.

And yes, well, the fans here just sort of accept their performance with a quiet resignation:  it's really nothing new.  Plus, they can still enjoy the Phillies championship for a while.
Just couldn't stay away could you?  DC will do that to yaLOL  I always get the feeling that I'll move away to the city after school and then realize how good "home" was and end up back here.

That was pretty cool with the Phillies winning; they were always one of those teams that I forgot existed (like the BrewersLOL)...maybe that will occupy them enough not to chase McNabb and Andy Reid out of town.

Yes, my thoughts entirely.

I may get that Alex Maguire album.  I think Wayside may sell it... if not, Moon June might.

It's not as epic as the one with Elton Dean on but it's still very good. Big smile

That's what Elton Dean does.

Hoppertunity Box was already really good but when he started playing it was epic.

He makes every recording he's on that much more brilliant.

Definitely.

This is why you need that Hughscore album.  I forget if it's Delta Flora or Highspotparadox but it's the one with Facelift on. Wink

Time for horrible prog cliche...

It's (almost) 1 o'clock and time for lunch.

Be back later, if I don't see you have fun tonight if you're going out.

I appear to have the place to myself.  This occasion called for some Hold Your Fire on the Shred Room stereo.

Is Tai Shan the song that everyone disses from Hold Your Fire?   If so, I don't understand why.  I like it.
