Is it better than Pulse Demon??? |
From what I've heard that's one of their least accessible albums, but I think it's popular just to scare away people new to the band.

30 000 listeners on last.fm is not obscure.
My band's got 66 listeners.
edit: All right, so I just listened to Spiral Blast by Merzbow (a band I obvisously didn't know before you mentionned it) and I suddenly have this uncontrollable urge to self-mutilate...
I'll try another see what it does |
Urge to mutilate? Is it really THAT painful?

Victor Wooten= a god.
But since this isn't the Talkbass.com forum, he wouldn't be well known around here.

The only thing with Victor Wooten I heard is the Bela Fleck & the Flecktones Christmas album in my friends room, and it totally rocks.

I was just wondering if I'd sound like a total goose if I did mention him in the bass thread, so I guess maybe I should.

Victor Wooten is one of those rare 21ist century bass players that actually innovated and brought new techniques to the table, and for that, I give him my utmost respect. That said, I don't really listen to bass guitar solo artists, since lately I'm more into band music than solo artist stuff.

Tired. Actually just on my way out the door, but I figured I could say hi at least. Eating a doughnut - it's pretty awesome. And anyone who says that Wii is too childish needs to play "No More Heroes"

There's a grocery store down the street from me that only plays a raga-pop radio station all day - it's an interesting store to go into
