What they give as influences shows through, especially the Crimson thing like weird guitar improvisations. The two other projects they promote from their site are similar in style at quick listen, may need a bit more investigation. Have you checked those already?

I listened to Siege Perilous before.  It's avant, not as Zeuhl.  I remember hearing the Guapo influence in SP at the time.  If albums are released by those, then they'd be checked by ZART.
