I'm curious to know what that means for you...

For example, Meshuggah (possibly the most technical, mechanical, extreme hardcore metal I've ever heard) contrasts quite well after I listen to something like Yes or ELO.

Oh yeah, it's absolutely like going from June Cash Carter to Einsturzende Neubauten or something like that... Wink

Seriously. Listen to an ELO hit and then listen to "Bleed" by Meshuggah and tell me they aren't stylistic opposites.

Not sure about that...I won't lie- it's one of the tougher ones I have had.  The questions kept coming and coming.

And so did the answers.  Wink

This place is like where I taught at for two years, but LIGHT.  I'm used to 32 students a class, half of them asses.

I asked how many to a class.  "Oh, 12 to 15."  Shocked

One of her first questions to me was, "Have you ever been cussed out?"

I wanted to say, "Lady, I get that at HOME."  LOL

One lady in the interview, when all was done, said, "I think we'll be giving you a call, Mr. Brown," but then added, like an afterthought, "one way or the other."

Then....

I stop at the grocery store to get things.  And I get a call.  It's for a job interview elsewhere, doing the same sort of thing.

To top it off, I got TWENTY DOLLARS of FREE BEER because of a promotion.  Literally.

And tonight, I'm having a lovely, juicy, sirloin (first time I've had steak in like two months).

If I have sex, today could be the best day of the year.

Alright. Time for me to be a smartass.

Electric Light Orchestra- "Livin' Thing" (Live)
Meshuggah- "Bleed" (Music video)

Have fun. LOL

Well, better not be drinking all that beer if you want to have sex too. Wink

I'd say turn on the charm on your wife instead.

If I drink just a bit, my wife won't do it.  She hates the smell.

Oh well.  I can settle for the second best day of the year.  Smile

All right, Alex, I'll look them up (even though I don't particularly care for ELO). I don't know Meshuggah anyway (wasn't in a rush to get to know them either) and last.fm keeps giving me bs songs...

OK... with enough beer, I can drink all night.

My pecker is only good for like 15 minutes.

He's officially insane.

That's an easy choice for me, since I never plan on drinking. Tongue

Right.  And the fact is, you don't have to spend 20 minutes warming up your beer.  In fact, you WANT it cold.

Says you now.

You don't ever have to worry about a beer rejecting you.

Or calling the cops.
