How about a fight to the death like the one Spock and Kirk had in Amok Time ? Or like two Gladiators in an arena. It would have the billing " There`s Not Enough Crime In This City For The Both Of Us Fight To The Finish".

I would have to agree. Batman would create a series of diversions and lure Spiderman into devastating check-mate situation.

Well, Spiderman is more powerful and stronger than Batman. Plus, he has real super-powers (spider-sense, ability to stick on the floors...).
On the other hand, Batman is more rational and has more experience on strategies and tactics (don't forget he is more or less the leader of the JLA).

Well as seeing how Batman really is human and relies on intellectual cunning and gadgets, I don't see how he could beat spidey with his spider awareness and strength...

I don't think anyone could beat Batman. He's the most indestructible Human on earth. Plus I don't like Spiderman so I'd help the Bat out.
