My order of Yes' albums is the following:

1. Relayer.(by little;5 stars masterpiece)
2. Close to the Edge.(by little;5 stars masterpiece)
3. Fragile.(by little;5 stars masterpiece)
4. Going for the One.(the first song is little weaker;over 4.75 stars masterwork)
5. Drama.(different style with hard rock and new wave elements;4.5 stars masterwork)
6. Tales from Topographic Oceans.(little bit blunt sound;4.25 stars energetic album)
7. Union.(very progressive album with new elements;end of Yes West;4 stars original)
8. The Ladder.(positive album with optimistic sense;almost 4 stars very good album)
9. Magnification.(orchestral arrangement with negative mood;3.75 stars very good album)
10. The Yes Album.(first with classic sound;almost 3.5 stars quite good album)
11. Tormato.(energy in songs with classic sound, bad sound;little above 3 stars good album)
12. Time and a Word.(not a everyday,but 3 stars good album)
13. Yes.(promising beginning;3 stars good album)
14. 90125.(not Yes-alike album;2.75 stars middle album)
15. Big Generator.(again Yes West;little above 2 stars passable album)
16. Open Yours Eyes.(a little irritating 2 stars album, because of the poor synchrony)
17. Talk.(is that music?;1.5 poor album)

 1. Tales from Topographic Oceans
 2. Relayer
 3. Close to the Edge

The obviously best trio of albums for me.
It's difficult to rank the rest,  but there are many great Yes albums, and only 2-3 blunders.
