Another thing with the Shred Room is that the fridge is stocked with Bud, Miller, and Coors. They scoff at that stuff in the Shed, and we'd get in troubled for aiding in the delinquency of a minor in the Suede Room.

I have an album from the Dead Milkmen called Metaphysical Graffiti that includes the song "Anderson, Walkman, Buttholes and How". I had this long before I picked up the ABWH album. |

Maybe I should edit the original post to say "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
As in, if you feel homeless because you don't quite belong in the Suede Room or the Shed, this is the place for you.

We need to talk about the quality of beer in this room.

What did you have in mine? Personally, my favorite is Killian's Red or Samuel Adams. I assume that you didn't mean that you wanted the cans that you can by from 7-11 that come in a white label with the word Beer on it.

That would be the Island of Misfit Toys. Ooh. Maybe that is the title that we should use. This could be the Island of Misfit Proggers.

Other possible topics of discussion:
Favorite Ninja Turtle.
Favorite Power Ranger.
Favorite Scott Bakula TV program.
Favorite Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model.
Favorite character from the original 90210, if any.
Whatever else floats your boat. Or for that matter favorite guest star on the Love Boat.

It would have the nasty connotation to the band Misfits, though.

Maybe less so than the Island of Sex Pistol Proggers, though.

Sam Adams would be great, Killian's not so much.

Rico, I'm sorry to hear that you hate Scott Bakula. Quantum Leap is one of my all-time favorite shows. I also liked Enterprise quite a bit, even though nobody else did. Enterprise is the only Star Trek series that I know that I have seen every episode of. Over the years, I've probably seen all of the original series and all of The Next Generation, but I never watched them straight through from Episode 1, so it is possible that I have missed some of them.

What sort of snacks should we put out? I'm thinking beer nuts and pretzels, but I could really go for some Cheetos right now too.

Hey, read the sign. Shirts and shoes are required in this establishment.
Damn, the sign doesn't say anything about pants.
