I don't know if it is the right place for that

I have a question but not the whole answer...

What is the complete list of bands (prog or not) which have covers designed by Roger Dean ?

I have already :

- Yes (including Howe, Wakeman and ABWH)

- Asia

- Greenslade

- Osibisa

- Uriah Heep

- Gentle Giant ??

- Pink Floyd

-...??????

(I don't remenber, I don't recall, I've got no memory of anything at all)

I found this:

After becoming known for the unique album cover designs he created for bands such as Osibisa and Gun in the 1970's, Roger Dean was contracted to produce a cover for the YES album " Close to the Edge". Since then his work has become synonymous with the band, producing YES'S classic logo and several of their record covers.

on this website: http://www.giggallery.com/page/past.html

and I think this is the cover that is referred to:

I just downloaded this album. The song 'Race With The Devil' is on it, which became a hit for Girlschool, the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal band.

Now THIS is what you're looking for, Tauhd Zaļa, I found this on the All Music Guide pages:

http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&uid=UIDSUB04040 3070819241862&sql=R16908#APPEAR

It's a list of ALL the covers Roger Dean made and he's even credited as a musician with some bands. I didn't know he also was a musician!

It's a very impressive list!

I'd be very honoured, but I'm not worthy! I'm afraid I'm the one here with the least experience, when it comes to these games.  As you probably know, I'm 17 years old and I'm only listening to prog for less than a year now. So in fact, I'm learning a lot here, about a whole new world of wonderful music!

There`s two albums missing from this list which resides in my album collection simply for the reason that they feature a Roger Dean creation on the cover. Midnight Dream and Walking Circles from a Danish prog band called Midnight Sun from the early seventies.
