The ReR description of the new Red Masque album made it sound like the best thing ever.  I'm pretty curious to hear it myself.

Lately I've been particularly partial to Time of Orchids... Namesake Caution is still among the best recent RIO albums I've heard, maybe even a classic RIO album in general.  Too bad they broke up it is I guess... but I'm not sure how they could have surpassed that album in terms of quality anyways, so maybe it's good they ended on such a great note.
 
Also, after looking around a bit, I found a band that I will in the future be investigating more thoroughly:
 
 
Very psychedelic.
 
Also, to anyone that's checked it out yet, is the new Red Masque album good?

^ A good choice, In Extremis is perhaps their most solid release. If you like that one you should get A History of Madness as well, although it's a bit harder to get into. And considering you have In This Life, you could check out their Early Plague Years compilation featuring their two first albums on one CD. Perhaps not their best material, but very good nevertheless. Thumbs%20Up

I haven't heard them myself, but since Frith is a member I've wanted to check them out for some time.

Wikipedia has this explaqnation:
 
"Frith played guitar, violin, keyboards, bass drum and hi-hat while Cora played cello, bass guitar, homemade drums and other contraptions enabling him to play instruments with his feet."
 
Frith's set up is not that uncommon; John Fiddler did much the same when Medicine Head performed as a duo, and I've seen a few buskers do the same thing.
 
Cora's set up is more intriguing. Sadly I never saw them live, but maybe somebody else can supply a few more details.

I also can't figure out how you can play cello and drum with your feet at the same time.

Skeleton Crew are pretty sweet.  And I still can't figure out how they set up a drum kit to be playable by their feet.

It's a documentary (more of an art film) centered around Frith.  Basically, they filmed him for two years and spliced together the interesting parts.  Part of what makes it interesting is that the musicians in question aren't always aware that they are being filmed.  It's a little hectic, like Frith's music, but it's great.
