Project IGI (amazing stealth shooter), Super Mario Brothers 3, Diablo, Deus Ex. Yup, I like old games, lol.
Anyone here ever played the HL2 mod "The Ship"? Best multiplayer shooter ever, seriously. |

Speaking of cravings, Battlefield 1942 calls to me. I'm too lazy to reinstall it after my hard drive crashed, though, and I reeeeally shouldn't spend more time on the computer than I already do.

I started playing Shadow of the Colossus a couple of days ago, seems great so far. I'm also still in the middle of Final Fantasy VIII and Okami. And once I've finished them I have these waiting:

My brother got a Wii and Brawl for his birthday today, and knowing that
my bro was getting a Wii I bought Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I can't
wait to play it, I hear that the controls epitomize the epic immersion
that the Wii has been striving for since it came out. Plus, I'm a
Metroid fanboy

Nope, 'cause I've yet to try any. Most of them do not add much to the gameplay, although some do. Check www.sorcerers.net and see if anything piques your interest. |

if you like the whole boss fight deal, then you'll love the rest of the game, because that is the rest of the game like I said I'm really enjoying XII...not the best in the series but a good game in its own right MGS2 was my least favorite Metal Gear Solid game, but it's entertaining enough, plus there's a hilarious section near the end....you'll know what I'm talking about when you get there |

I have a friend who wants to buy a copy of MGS4 even though he doesn't have a PS3 and he doesn't have the cash to get one. Not really sure what the logic is there.
And Metroid Prime 3: Corruption has been good so far. The game starts out with a mission on a spaceship and then a mission that they basically walk you through, and it feels a bit too much like Halo, but once you hit Bryyo, the first planet that you explore yourself, it's that wonderful, unmistakable Metroid awesomeness. I've been having fun comparing the Master System and Mega Drive/Genesis Sonic games. I think I actually prefer MS Sonic 1 to the MD version but other than that all the MD versions are superior. I've only just started collecting Master System games and other than the 3 main sonic titles all I've got is one of the Alex Kidd series and the ridiculously happy looking Fantasy Zone, I don't even have a Master System console I'm actually playing my Master System games on my Mega Drive via a converter.

Anybody else picked up the Spore Creature Creator yet? Tons of fun to mess around with.
Some of my abominations:
This was my first one, some sort of woodland raptor.
It's a puppeteer creature. The thing at the front is the decoy so that the horrible little monster at the back can get his meals.

I've been mucking around with this since it was released and this morning I received a copy of the full retail version.
I've been uploading my best creations to the Sporepedia so all my abominations can be found here. I've also been playing Mass Effect for the past couple of days, it's been a while since I really enjoyed an RPG which isn't Japanese. |
