Hiya. I was thinking right now, I'd like to know how many reviews I've submitted altogether, to compare with people noted as reviewers, but I don't know how. So I thought I'd look in the mainsite instead of the forums, and in order to submit a review, I must be logged in.

Well, I'm logged in to the forums at all times, and basically am here everyday, so I figured I should be logged in there too, as the username and password are the same, right? At least, I tried to review this album that had none before, Canterbury Tales which I bought a while ago, and it said I had to login. No problem there, I thought I'd just log in and write it, seeing as me being logged in to the forums isn't enough to it. So I entered my username, Passionist, and my password, and it linked me to this page: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=14258&fuid=Passionist&fuid=Passionist&fuid=Passionist#postAReview

Now I assume you admins have more knowledge on how the url should look like, assuming it recognises the username and the post a review function, should it not allow me to write it then? Because I my case I was brought back to the page which requested my logging in before with the exact same "You are not logged, please login before continuing. " and the log-in button there under. So is the problem, that I can't log in with my username for this because with the forum there is no problem. And as I noticed this album was not reviewed earlier, I would like to collaborate on my behalf, but I don't know what I should do here. I've had this same problem for a while now, and well, I only review albums that have not been reviewed many times or if at all, but currently, I haven't been able to do anything. Anything on PA that is, considering the reviews I write elsewhere. Anyway, I hope you can help me with this. Thanks in advance

Although the reviews section uses the forum log in information, it is actually a separate log in. In other words , you can be logged in to the forum, but logged out for posting reviews.
If you are experiencing problems log-in in to post reviews, you could try turning off your firewall while logging in, then turn it back on again. That works for me.

Nice security risk Wink Though nope, didn't help. I would find it a bit more informative if it would at least say that the login failed, as now it just reloads the page as it is, or as it looks.

Delete all cookies related to progarchives in your browser, and then log in again.

Opera has 4 cookies saved under the progarchives tab. I deleted these all and tried again, but it didn't work any better. Don't know if there are other directly related saved under some other name, but with this, I'm afraid the problem is still there.

I'm having this same problem. I tried both the firewall and the cookies solution, but I still can't post reviews. I log in normally every time I get on the forums and that works fine, but what's up here?

This is the URL I get, but it comes up with the same page as before I logged in, still saying I haven't, no matter how many times.

Woah! This is weird. I tried logging in on a different computer and it all works just fine!

Hmm... well, that solves that. Does make me wonder why it doesn't work on my desktop though.

I'm actually getting my desktop upgraded soon; it's pretty old. Tongue

It's just odd since I never had that problem before.
