1. Beware the Ides of March - Colosseum
2. Valentyne Suite - Colosseum (This counts as purely instrumental if Atom heart Mother does). Note that the US version of Valentyne Suite includes Beware the Ides of March as the 3rd movement.
3. Saucerful of Secrets - Floyd
4. Karelia - The Nice
5. One of the Days - Floyd
6. Hoedown - ELP
7. Soul Sacrifice - Santana (from Woodstock)
8. The Fish - Yes (from Yessongs)
9. After the Ordeal - Genesis
10. Focus (from in and out of)
God Speed the Plough and Purple Spaceships over Yatton by Stackridge get honourable mentions. Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner might also be included if it counts as Prog.

1. Barbarian - ELP 2. Les Aventures Des Saxinette et Clarophone - Maneige 3. One Of These Days - Pink Floyd 4. A Lotus On Irish Streams - The Mahavishnu Orchestra 5. Atom Heart Mother - Pink Floyd 6. Birth - Focus 7. After The Ordeal - Genesis 8. Larks' Tongues In Aspic pt. 1 - King Crimson 9. Resolution - The Mahavishnu Orchestra 10. Dark Side Of The Moog (preferably Live from the reissue of Strange New Flesh) - Colosseum II
Edit: nods to Ace Of Wands, Toccata, which should certainly have been on there, but I forgot it at the time of posting, and Valentyne Suite: 2nd Theme.

5 Devils Triangle - King Crimson
4 Atom Heart Mother - Pink Floyd
3 YYZ - Rush
2 La Villa Strangiato - Rush
1 Histoires Sans Paroles - Harmonium
I did it quick i probably missed some no brainers though
