I admit that VdGG are one of my favorite bands. however, I really think the Escher-style letters of the logo are very fitting for the band, which is why it is an excellent logo for them

And all of you people, you can't fail to see the magic in the DT logo... (which was originally for Majesty, which explains why there's no D or T on it...)Tongue

I absolutley love Yes' logo but had to choose Opeth's for the "O"...

Yes - The quintessential band logo!
2nd would be Zeppelin and 3rd would be the Stones (the tongue is classic!)
Besides Zeppelin's band logo, it also has the "runes" symbols - one for each member - from the album IV ("untitled"). I still love these despite their over-commercialized use on t-shirts for poser/emo kids at Hot Topic.
