God. He can shred like a motherbitch and can play Bach's Prelude No.6 (WTK1) on classical guitar. He also plays drums, but he's a bit sh*t at them... It's also rumoured that Jesus, the son of God, wrote most Gentle Giant songs and the band were paying him in very high numbers of sandals and leppers. That's what I heard anyway...

If you compare, the number of people voting "Zappa" it'a about the same number as people voting "atheist anti-DT". The second option means you can't vote for either God nor DT, so it's the same people, ans as you are expressing serious hate towards God AND DT, you tend to be more fanatical, so we can assume that those people voted 4 times each, which means there are actually only like 60 people voting for zappa, which means PETRUCCI is the winner after all.....
 
Now I'll come up with some petrucci-psalm in latin... give a couple years to learn the language... But it will go:
