13 is indeed Lady Lake (by Gnidrolog). 10 and 18 are the right artists, but not the right album.

I always mistake it: n. 18 - Alternate cover to Uriah Heep's "Salisbury" (this is the most beautiful one, IMO. It's the American version, isn't it?)
