Hopefully we'll still get enough votes so that it won't make too much of a difference. Besides, I think (at least for a while) people will see the moved threads in the prog polls and then be transfered over here. I suppose we'll see what happens.

Me too, but just a tiny little bit.
With my vote it's 8 - 8. The tension mounts...

Doesn't matter that:
- I love Italian Symphonic
- ELP only mage two or three outstanding albums, a couple of good ones and a lot less than mediocre.
- I like the sound and the musicanship of PFM much more.
ELP is one of the most trascendental bands in Prog Rock history, without them the genre would had never been the same, you can love or hate them, but you got to recognize they were something special and unique.

It matters to me because the question is not which is better or more important, it's which do you prefer? I prefer PFM, though I have great respect for ELP's position in Prog.

the clock is ticking...
and it is 3rd and goal from the one yard line.. will PFM punch in in against ELP.. or will ELP hold frim in the upset...
we go to the booth..
'Micky... what should PFM do to break through the stout defense of .. .just what the hell IS that thing?'

wait Teo.. lets go to the sidelines where our sideline reporter ... the lovely Ms Raffaella .... Raff! What are you hearing from the ELP sideline.
Hey Mick... well it is pretty intense down here... Greg Lake just took a swing at Emerson because he thought he was getting too much face time on the jumbo-tron. Palmer is trying to make peace between them and get them back on the field.
hahahahah Raff.. that is the ELP we know and love. Let's get back to the game... both sides are coming back on the field.
3rd and goal from the 1. Mussida snaps the ball and......

Hm... I've seen one PFM concert via the internet, which was superb. Much as I love ELP, I'm going to avoid voting. At least. So long as they might win without me...

Haha, I can't wait to see the sequel to this post. By
the way: These polls have been revitalized in this section, but there
is a time limit for voting! These two (13 and 14) will commence for
roughly a week, so make sure you get in votes before then!
