Last night I didnt want to sleep, but it was late and I had to work out at six thirty in the morning. So I wanted to sleep to something with a softer edge, not anything with metal or hardness in it at all.

For a coupke of minuetes I couldnt tell what I wanted, then I came across Genesis' SEBTP. I hadnt heard it for awhile, and it was soft enough to help me doze off. It turns out I couldnt cause it was so amazing! PG's vocals on the first couple of seconds on the opener had me til' the album was over! Now I'm listening to CttE right now, and I am re finding how awesome and perfect every song is!

Has this happened to anyone, and if you like a band, but havent checked themout for a while, I challenge you to try it, it's like a REBIRTH of sorts...

Happened to me a few times as well.

I recently listened through KC's first three albums, something that I hadn't done in a while, and now they're better than anytime before. Same with Genesis (one of my favorite bands) the last time I went through Trespass. Excellent albums!

Even i still have a sort time in enjoy Prog, i just ever feel the same.
After being crowd by heavy riff  from PM band like DT and Opeth, i found amazing nuance after hear entire side of Dupois du Fim (Bacamarte) and hamburger concerto.
They give me 'fresh' mood  to enjoy my daily activities.

I've been listening to RIO and Avant for a while, so when I finally, after having listened to most of my other albums, put on Rush after a few months of absence, I rediscovered why they were, and still are my favourite band of all time.

King Crimson's Lizard. I think I enjoyed it even more now than I did when I first got it. Smile
