Bowl of Chiley states that the tracklist for the 17 track version of the demo is unkown. I have the list, but I can't edit that part of the entry. Here is the tracklist:

What I don't get, however, is the following thing:
 
The first four entries 
all contain the word "demo" in them, yet they are stated as studio albums... Confused
 
Moreover, all have DVD images instead of CD ones... ConfusedConfusedConfused

They are actually cassette images because they never appeared on CD until later, and then they had alternate artwork, I believe. They are in fact demos, so I don't know why they are listed as studio albums.
