When I was born, in England the Slade were n. 1 with Skweeze me Pleeze me...
In the USA we had Billy Preston with Will it go round in circles (any idea about this track??)
In Italy - where I was born and still live - I Camaleonti were n. 1 with "Perché ti amo" (cheesy, but I like it, good melodic pop)

By the way, the day I was born EMI issued the first copy of the first album by the QUEEN

There was an identical thread a few months ago.... In my case, it was Elvis both in the US ("Are You Lonesome Tonight") and in the UK ("It's Now or Never"). This should tell you something about my age, even without looking at my profile.Wink
