Pholas Dactylus, of course!
"Concerto delle menti" is a real masterpiece, and too much does not know it...

Wow, I've heard only three of these (and out of these the Maxophone is my favourite, hands down). Do I have a lot to experience!

and Metamorfosi's "Inferno"? their "Paradiso" is a recent stuff and sounds to me only a cash album.
But my vote goes to Museo's zaratustra

Many many wonderful records, Assaf! Even the forgotten Murple.
I have to go with the Maxophone album which is the most varied and complex work of the all mentioned above!
|
EDIT: MAXOPHONE is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
"Io Sono Murple" is one of my consumption dreams... |
One year later I'd like to say that I got MURPLE...
Now if I had to vote it should be a tie with MAXOPHONE!

Museo Rosenbach released 1 "formal" album, but their "Rare and Unreleased" album was issued in 1992. Mostly pop/proto-prog stuff- likely not to find much adoration among most here.
My vote goes to Flea- Topo O Uomini
A few missed that come to mind:
I Raminghi- Il Lungo Cammino dei Raminghi (1971) Implosion- s/t (1988) Sangiulano- Take Off (1978) - if solo albums are taken into consideration
