Sail Away by Deep Purple on the Burn album. Glenn Hughes, David Coverdale and the remaining DP members worked very well together, albeit for a brief period. It's hard to believe they could be so good without Gillan and Glover. However, they missed Ritchie Blackmore when he left for Rainbow.

The back and forth sax riff from Lemmings (you know; ba-da, ba-DA! ba-da, ba-dah, etc.)
