So did I... obviously
But did anyone agree with Abstract art not being art??
I think the question was abstract art without any point/reason, to that I put yes, if it has a reason then I would class it as art but just makeing something for the sake of it I dont find art (yes, I know, this could get very confuseing for me)

(Where's the ANARCHIST option??!!!
I tend to be left winged but... I'd prefer ABSOLUTE INDEPENCENCY, TOTAL FREEDOM.... But I'll pick liberalism over conservatism (especially religion-based fanatiscm like bush's republicanism)...
... but don't bringe the commies yet..... Communism is just another form of authoritarianism like fascism... )
I wrote this before knowing what the damn political compass is....

I was umming and ahing... I think I say I agree in the end...Abstract music is fine, but art (in an non-musical art sense), doesn't make much sense to me.
Well to me, perception of abstract art is not unlike abstract lyrics; whether it makes sense or not isn't as important as how it hits you, the suggestions and images it conveys.

I try not to be political, I used toi study Law and politics and in my opinion ( I respect different opinions about this) I personally feel there is no political solution I don't really see politics solving humanities problems, I try to avoid it, I do haVe my own perception of justice but I know its not perfect.
I guess traditionally I would be a lefty when it came to social welfare and a conservative when it comes to prison terms (in NZ repeat offenders ie paedophiles and rapists only serve a couple of years then go out and destroy other peoples lives and go in and out of our jails, in a referendom over 90% of NZers want tougher sentences but our various govenments have been ignoring us for decades) , but there are many things that disgust me about the left just as much as there are with the right, I find both are apalling.
