The Musical Box has been one of the best Genesis tribute band (sometimes credited as the best one) for the last 15 years. There are now rumors that their present tour would be the last. Do you think this is true?

I find them so embarressing to watch really, and a total demoting of the actual acts. Id prefer a bunch of garage band losers playing the songs, not trying to replicate ANYTHING but rather doing their own versions and interpretations, which we all have.

I think they will be done soon their act is so much about money and they are probly making fine so thats it

I know they lost thier liscence to perform The Lamb, but I thought they could still do the other albums, as they are now. However, hearing advertizements on the radio it's being credited as their farewell tour.

Or perhaps thier act is about giving tribute to the band, and replicating as best as possible the band in their glory days for fans too young to have seen them in the 70s and for older fans who want to see them again?

Seeing them was one of the most magical moments of my life. I understand it's not Genesis, but its probably as close as I'll ever be able to see.

They only lost their license to play The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway due to the rumors of a 5 men reunion, but now that the cold reality has shown us again this won't happen (At least not in acouple of years), hope they'll get it back.

They are scheduled to play in Belgium this spring the SEBTP tour, so they've still got hope to keep playing the rest too.
