i adore winnie, but voted for Tigger, for his boundless optimism and enthusiasm!!!

Yes I'm a Winnie purist too but maybe Gopher might appeal to our American friends. That's what they put him in for anyway. Gopher's quite funny when he says "I'm not in the book and I'm a ding dang glad of it". That makes my daughter laugh when I say it.

Eeyore has an extremely well balanced view of the world. I'm thinking here of the version drawn by the brilliant E.H. Shepperd, whose illustrations brough the book to life - the Disney animations, professional as they are, do his work no justice.

My kids loved Pooh movies and books when they were little so I had a lot of exposure to them.

Definitely Tigger.

Don't often agree with you Syz, but on this occasion I certainly do.

I don't think his views are balanced - he just sees the bad side of everything. You could say that he's realistic but that doesn't do him any good as he hardly ever has any fun.

Chris is the character with which I can relate the most because we are both humans.

RIP in bossa nova heaven.

Definitely The Pooh.

That bear's got the right attitude.

Tigger's quite entertaining too. Thumbs Up

Piglet just needs a little more self-confidence.

Eeyore? Well I'm in a band with him, and he can be a real drag sometimes. Cry
