Hi Prog-guys
I've bought few weeks ago a book in italian wich gave a intresting view of all prog bands in europe, their most famous albums whit rate and cover.
It is titled "Progressive & Underground", written by Cesare Rizzi (an important italian writer of musical books) and edited by Giunti Editore http://www.bol.it/libri/scheda/ea978880903230.html;jsessionid=5F0B1C85FAABA675458CA32A358639A0
It is divided in Three big sections, Most important bands, Minor bands, Italians bands.
I suggest this book to everyone who desire know better about prog bands, expecially in Italy.
Good reading!!!

Hi darius

I bought that book about three years ago (when it was published) and I think that it is an excellent anthology, even if a little bit reduced.

Yes, you're right; i don't understand why some prog groups like Area or artists like Zappa aren't in this anthology, but thanking to this book, i've extended my prog knowledge.
I've discovered lot's of groups that I never heard before, such as Semiramis, The trip, and others.
