Pissing about on stupid Prog Rock forums. Listening to music. Beer and red wine. Football-mainly as a spectator these days. Watching most sport on TV. Reading-mainly non-fiction these days. I particularly enjoyed NP's "Traveling Music". LISTENING TO MUSIC Browsing t'internet. Hiking. Going to the gym (go every lunchtime from work but I'm still a fat bastard) Gadgets-I love all kinds of electrical gadgets: Mp3 players, HiFi components, Personal PC, installing ever quicker DVD writers on my PC, Cinema surround sound ( my wife wont let me get the full caboudle:reciever with 7.1 surround and big eff-off speakers cluttering the living room ( or the Bachelor Pad as she calls it) Supporting Manchester United Football Club. And-I'll have to admit it-on Monday nights I play for a Quiz Team in a Quiz league() Edited by Reed Lover |

making music (the guitars, basses, keys, other bits
and bobs and the technology), reading (modern literature mostly and a lot of non-fiction plus the odd pulp novel to lighten the load), Movies, Football, Formula One, just back into computer games after about 10 years - my they're fun now! - and lots and lots of travel - it went with the job for about six years and i still get incredibly itchy feet (but I'm seeking medical advice or a decent powder for that) anything else? food and wine, i loooove to cook and looove to drink decent wine even more. plenty of other things i dip in and out of depending on mood |

As you know I'm from Perú and I went to see the first to Peruvian gemes to the stadium, the third one was far from Lima. Probably we'll loose with Argentina because we don't have forward players. Our stupid coach only called 4 (but he called 3 goalis who can be changed for others if injured), Pizarro had the accident, Farfan has two yellow cards and Maestri is injured. Only Mendoza is left but he has failled 23 goals in this tournament and the as**le said to the press "I make Goals only whre they pay me better". With that kind of players only a miracle and nobby Solano can save us. Probably Autori will have to dress a goalie as forward and make him play. Iván |

I play the guitar for 10 years now. At the moment I play in a pop/rock
band which is great fun, but I would like to find some musicians to
play more progressive oriented music with. But it's difficult to find
the right people and to find some time to accomplish this wish.
I'm also a big fan of fantasy books and in particular a collector of Tolkien books. But i'm only a fantasy reader, role playing and that sort of things just don't fit me. Some other things i like to do: - Snowboarding - Computer games (Counterstrike) - Getting drunk with friends (on a not so regular basis) |

I like to play Chess, Backgammon and a few dazzling video games. For exercise I play basketball for fun and do a lot of walking. Also bicycling.

Nah, seriously (besides the nose picking thing), filmmaking, travelling, reading... and anything related to soccer! BTW, is anybody following the Copa América?

Hobbies... hummm I like to travel.. and I run away from home often. I spent a month in Thailand and Malaysia last year... really loved it... thought about becoming an ex-patriot.. whatever that is... I also spent a month is Scotland and England... which was fun for awhile.. then Carl Palmer's guitarist got tinuitis and they canceled the rest of his tour... so then I had some friends take me to a few of the Aussie PF shows in England. I don't think I appreciate tribute bands. I also love photography and graphic design. I now have a side line busiess of repairing old and vintage photos. I find that a stress relieving job. Here's some photos I took in Malaysia and Thailand. I should be a travel reporter...hummm http://img6.photobucket.com/albums/v20/Pebble/Misc/Vacations /DSCF0059.jpg http://img6.photobucket.com/albums/v20/Pebble/Misc/Vacations /DSCF0083.jpg http://img6.photobucket.com/albums/v20/Pebble/Misc/Vacations /DSCF0014.jpg and a nice deep-fried bug stand in Bangkok.. http://img6.photobucket.com/albums/v20/Pebble/Misc/Vacations /DSCF0087.jpg |

Sleep is a great hobby that I have yet to master- which explains all the time I have to write silly posts on the forum. I also like literature (Russian authors, Beat generation, good science fiction and fantasy, James Joyce, Dr. Thompson) animation (adult swim!), computers (from writing code to playing bad video games) and trashing popular culture (politics included- it's all entertainment now). Smoking good bud with my wife. Cooking. And my two English Bulldogs, despite their negative reaction to many of my musical choices. Hmm, my life seems a tiny bit richer when I sketch it out like that. |

I am one of those boring old farts that plays golf. Hobby wise, other than golf and music, I have no time for anything else as I'm usually asleep.
