Spring (or Autumn)... in fact, here in my town the period ranging from April to October/November is fair (Autumn-Winter-Spring). I like greatly those June/July cold nights with clean sky, the South Cross shining intensely and pointing to Alpha Centauri, our neighbour star.

I know -- I'm a rolling contradiction.
Anyway, when did I ever say I don't like cars? I have a Corolla.
Still, I eagerly await vehicles that are MUCH more environmentally-friendly, and my KLR650 gets excellent gas mileage, even for a bike.
I do try to minimize my environmental "footprint," though -- I walk to work, walk a lot, drive a small car, recycle fastidiously, have switched to flourescent bulbs, won't buy a snowmobile or snowblower (very popular here) and have an old-fashioned push mower.
But (somewhat guilty pleasure) I LOVE motorcycles!

Autumn, to be surrounded by the veils of sleep.

I love all of them almost equally but if I must choose one, it will be fall/autumn, time for the crops harvested and the food to reach sublime levels
However I xwent for Harmonium's fifth>>> Histoire Sans Parole

let's just stay above the moral melee prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword

Summer, because I love the sun and the heat and the fact that life is turning into a big siesta.
I also love early autumn: the weather is still good, and the sun is shining mildly.
Well, Vivaldi was right in a way, all 4 seasons have their charm, but it's just that I can't stand it if the sun doesn't shine for a long time. Here in Belgium the last two summers weren't very warm and sunny. I have to admit though, when it does shine, I really appreciate it.

Well yes, a bit of that, for sure. The internal combustion engine has been very bad for the planet's health, but I still admire nice cars. For me though, when buying, fuel economy, price and reliability win out over horsepower, flash & needless "extras" every time (function over form or fashion).
But again, those 1930s cars I posted were rolling works of art -- remarkable to look at! (If only they ran on hydrogen -- and hydrogen was easily available....
