I stumbled upon a website called  GardenShedMusic.com  that offers a 2005 Special Edition CD of the original "Garden Shed" album by ENGLAND.

I already own the CD that was distributed by the  Si-Wan  label.

Has anybody here had a chance to compare the sound mastering of these two versions ... and, if so ... is the 2005 Special Edition an upgrade in quality?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

It is a better sound because the Korean Si Wan lable has put the original LP directly on CD! This special CD version is remastered and sounds better. See my review on this site for details.

oops-- my mistake

I have the (1997?)  release on the "Forward Organisation" label ... not the Si-Wan version.

Does anyone know if the 2005 Special Edition version is mastered better than THAT one?

Thanks

I own both, I cannot hear any difference in sound but the 2005 version contains one bonustrack and the lay out is wonderful. And some Prog Archives collaborators are mentioned in the booklet with quotes about England.
