Topic: Zappa at his dirtiest! Posted: February 18 2006 at 19:18 |
I always considered "Dinah-Mo-Hum" as Frank at his most X-rated with "Bobby Brown" a close second. Oh, he's had several other toilet songs before and after, but I think these were the crem ala crem. What say you?

Not at all. I'd say Penis Dimension (from 200 Motels) near-about
takes the cake. And anything from Joe's Garage is a close
contender.

That's quite true, Joe's Garage is a definate candidate for some of Zappa's most offensive work. Who could forget such delightful numbers as "Stick It Out" or "Keep It Greasy"?

Nah ... both Sy Borg and Stick it Out are more offensive IMO.

Well, what gets me about Dinah-Mo-Hum is the sound effects during the "malange" section. Sounds like you're right there watching all this go down. Girls panting and squeeling!

Broken Hearts Are For Assholes is another great Zappa smut-a-thon.

I have to agree with the whole Joe's Garage idea. I mean, songs about:
- Sex acts with young girls, one of which turns out to be a servicewoman for the "crew" - A wet T-shirt contest - Sex with a robotic machine, in extreme detail (the most offensive... errr funny) - Pain during urination, and its cause (a virus with one heck of a vertical leap) - Prison sex
Great stuff. And amidst all the filth, one of the best instrumental guitar songs ever. Dammit, Zappa was brilliant.

Me Bwana Dik, O Me Bwana Dik!
My dick is a monster
Give me your heart
Bwana Dick is a legend, enormous thou art
My dick is a Harley
You kick it to start
Bwana dick speaks, the heavans will part.
And let's not forget that classic, "Brown Shoes Don't Make It":
Smother that girl in chocolate syrup
And strap her on again
She's my teenage baby and she turns me on
I'd like to make her do a nasty on the White House lawn...
