Genesis' decade of greatness from '70 to '80 is hands down the greatest
era of any band ever. You just can't get any better than songs like
'Dancing With The Moonlit Knight' 'Firth of Fifth' or 'The Cinema
Show'. Gabriel's voice and lyrics are so perfect, though Gilmore and
Waters had fine voices as well. Both are great bands but Genesis just
does so much more for me.

Personally, I enjoy the style of Floyd's music more than Genesis's stuff.

I voted for Pink Floyd, but I gotta say I like Genesis just as much. I gave the nod to Floyd since they came out before Genesis and I got into them much earlier than Genesis.

Altough Floyd gave birth to Dark Side, WYWH, Animals and The Wall, my vote goes to Genesis...For their overall incredibly original and creative contribution.

Pink Floyd...as much as I love Gabriel and Gabriel Genesis,Pink Floyd
comes first...plus Genesis melted in half-discrase after Duke,so there
no way I'm gonna vote a partial Genesis to a full Floyd...

Are you kidding? Gabriel stomps all over Waters when it comes to
lyrics. Genesis are much better musicians, and have much better
