I hate to post so much about the same damn band...but lately I've been extremely hyped about the new album (which should be appearing in about 3-4 months)...it's driving me nuts! I have been re-hashing both of these albums to an uncontrollable extent and I've been driving my family crazy with my psychotic masterpieces instead of the much detested christams music...So I pick Frances, because it is more "elusive" if you will than De-loused, and because it is so much more open...I also like most of the music better, although it is much easier to see, hear, and feel the latin influence on the band in this album.

Frances The Mute, easily. I'll vote for DeLoused, though, on behalf of the person above me who accidentally voted for Frances.
They have a new album coming out? Is there any info on it yet? Edited by Ty1020 |

Its almost Futile to pick on edont ya think ....they both have their highpoints .....Ive been following the band since they started and In my own Opinion Its all Really Beautifull work and thats like asking to choose beetween two great things To me Frances is the way it is (unforgetable)Not just because it is but also because of how its predecessor was.

Frances! Better compositions, less punk influence, and overall a more impressive album. I'd give Deloused 4*, frances - the big 5 |

I prefer De-Loused. I didn't really see what was the big fuss about Frances, even though it has some great moments, I feel that De-Loused fits together. I see Frances more like a good album with some great moments, and De-Loused a great album with some good moments, If you know what I mean....

"Frances the Mute" is a very good album, but it gets too extreme and chaotic at certain moments. I prefer "De-loused" because, at least from my point of view, it is a more balanced album.

frances the mute is harder to get into and it has some really crazy parts that annoy many people but it wins my vote.
