I don't think Blondie, Kiss, Tool or Scissor Sisters need the '?'s.
And you forgot Manic Street Preachers.

I'd really like it to be Kaputter Hamster, as they're one of my favourites at the moment.
It's almost definitely not, as they're one of the most obscure Krautrock bands ever, and only pressed 200 copies of their first (and only) LP.
