(placing this hear becuse unfourtunitly thire is not     
much in the way of Progressive Rock under this licance     
yet given the nature of this licance one could say it     
is Progressive in that spechal non genre sort of way)     
     
the premice is simple aguly it is a way of Lacancing     
music that gives people the righs to download     
distributte modify or preform a musical work.      
     
the licanceitsself comes in 3 flavors Green, Yellow and     
red red being the most restrictive and Green being the     
most free     
     
the flavors brake dowm in limitation as follows      
     
Green allows      
private use, private modification, private derived     
works, private distribution, private     
broadcasting,commercial use, commercial modification,     
commercial derived works, commercial distribution and     
commercial broadcasting.     
     
Yellow allows      
private use,private modification, private derived     
works, private distribution And private broadcasting     
     
Red allows      
private use, private distribution and private     
broadcasting

Hey, this Open Music Licensing concept seems a good idea. I like the Green, Yellow, Red concept, which should be readily understandable to most people.
