It is, sir!  I had a lot of difficulty deciding between that shot and this one:
Then I thought that children might be reading this thread and decided
for the former. I've compromised that decision now, though. Oh well, at

American Graffiti - no
any Star Wars - no
any Indiana Jones - no
Blade Runner - maybe
The Witness - no
Frantic - could be
The Fugitive - i don't think so
It could be a newer movie than any of these but i'm not really familiar
with most of them because the newer ones are mostly crap based on what
i have seen. From the list above I would guess either Blade Runner or
Frantic but since you said it's one of your favourites i would heavily
lean on Blade Runner? Though it's probably a newer movie...
