you're surprised? ...we are positively mystified...

Brand X is fantastic

I second that

Yeah Brand X is cool.  Percy Jones and John Goodsall are always overlooked when discussions about favorite bassist and favorite guitarist (respectively) come up.

As to Logos' comment though.  Again, I haven't seen all of Luke's posts, but after all, being Darth Vader's son, we should cut him slack.  And I find it very easy to ignore stupid or offensive posts.  If he was that irritating, maybe people should just not have talked to him and he would have left on his own.  I'm not so much a fan of Luke, hell I hadn't even heard of the guy before today, I just think this sets a dangerous precedent.  If kicking people out is based on the number of people you offend, I'm surprised I'm still allowed to post here.

I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

you are right of course, but before you cast the first stone, have a think about the levels of band bashing that has recently been littering this site...many people are guiolty of this on several levels, so is it right to scape goat Luke, by throwing him out, rather than having a quiet word with him?

personally, I have always liked some AOR like Journey, some Styx, early Toto...but I don't mention it here very often, because you get torn to pieces...and frankly, some of the Collaboraters are the worst at it.

yep, I tend to agree Doc, and have said so on the 'Men Only' thread...I feel he was being slightly offensive at most, beligerant as always, and took great pleasure in 'dissing' everyone's fave bands...but in reality, nothing more.

As Tony says, he was ousted for being dim...his crimes didn't even come close to matching Flowerchild's, and for the sake of the forum, I think he ought to be given a second chance (not because I especially want Luke back, but because it sets a dangerous precedent as to where the line of respectability is drawn).
