Topic: Heartbreak the anagram Posted: May 13 2005 at 00:27 |
(Originally I wrote this in 'Prog goes geography' which already was a dead-end case and seems nobody noticed my new theme. So here you are! If you have a set of Scrabble, it's fun to make these too.)
Well-known prog albums:
Foo dad Keith Em'rson
Tell lingers in my heart
C what's at girl's c**t sorry being 'dirty'...
Ee, cold ghettoes!

Syren Mercury (couldn't be easier, unless you ask "Amar D." or something...)
Freud uses dafty soap

"Freud uses dafty soap" wasn't solved. I'd say "Days Of Future Passed" but that'd be wrong, wouldn't it?

MATH ROOM THEATRE
Atom Heart Mother
GHOST NOSE WOE = The Snow Goose
These where too easy Peter
A FRIGHT HUNT TOO
Risc Life Refund is not a very well known album I think, so it may be a
bit difficult, BTW album has the same title as the bands name, mybe
that helps a little

Risc Life Refund is LUCIFER's FRIEND - which I've never heard of! I just went through band names. Maybe we'd better stick to more or less well-known albums, don't you think? It's too difficult otherwise.
My new one: (probably quite easy)

Lucifer's friend was just
reviewed, and I believe there was a topic active at that time also, so
I innitially figured it wasn't that hard.
And Then there were three, I think you forgot then in the anagram, or it is another album I don't know
A Fright Hunt Too, shouldn't be to hard for the younger audience
Pawns never mate (i like this one )

1) Oops, my mistake. Well done, Tuxon. 2) So it must be something like Dream Theater... 3) Yes, very nice peterhammillish one! Now I let the others work these out.

A Fright Hunt Too, indeed is from Dream Theater
Pawns never mate, has nothing to do with Peter Hamill, of course Pawn hearts and Fool's mate give it a Hammillish touch, but that is coincidental
some more of the same band as Pawns never mate;
O, we kill Great fans
Spuming evictor.
now hurry up and solve these easy ones

VINO BOON OAF KISS
Later!
