I have picked my groups carefully. And I have deliberately left some out (e.g., PF w/Waters, Genesis w/Gabriel, KC w/Lake, etc.). Choose from among those offered and give your reasons!
Peace.

If I didn't go for Wetton-Era KCrimson, I'd be making the foot-mouth connection

Gentle Giant!!!!!!
Why? I dunno, maybe because they are a more recent discovery for me, and they are so fun to watch live on the DVD/boots.

I picked Gentle Giant becuase Van der Graa Generator is already reformed, unless you're talking the Gray Aerosol Machine line-up , which I wouldn't want to see anyway.

I'm not too much into seeing things, I'd rather hear and listen...
But I guess that's just me...
GG, perhaps. Or then again not.
I don't know.
I'm so concentrated in making music of my own that I really haven't
bothered listening to anything else lately (or ever, for that
matter...) - so I probably wouldn't go to a concert of any of those
supposedly-re-forming groups, not even if they had their gig and show
on my back yard...
Instead I'd probably call the landlord and complain about the volume
they listen to their music next door... Then I'd probably purchase an
album or bootleg made of that given gig or download it illegaly from
the net,
listen to it once and then forget it - no matter how great it was.
Cheers
-Beau

It's mty least favorite of their studio albums. It sounds dated. Very 60's sounding. It's okay, but I rarely ever play it.

Note: OPTION 5 is impossible, since Keith Ellis (VdGG's original bassist) has been dead since 1978.

Only the second part, I find the first 20 minutes a bit hard to get through, the second side is indeed fabulous.

Yes - CTTE line-up. I consider the line-up here to be classic Yes - Bruford, Squire, Wakeman, Howe and Anderson. This is my very favourite Yes line-up and I would "crawl a mile over broken glass" to have a chance at seeing them performing together again.

Gentle Giant!
Because, Van der Graaf already reformed and I hope to see them in july - new cd sounding good, as if time stood still...
I did go to concerts from later Genesis and KC with Bruford and Fripp, and I did see all of the CTTE-members, though not at the same evening, but I NEVER saw any member of Gentle Giant making live music, so...

Either GG, or my vote , Caravan but with both Sinclair cousins (they are both out of present line-up)and Brother Jimmy!
As VDGG has been reformed not in the original line-up with Chris Judge-Smith , the chance to see this classic line-up tour gently (Hammill's heart conbditions may not allow extensive touring) is real!
