It is a japanese film, the director plays the main role (he is on the picture, he is doing fine, he has just a little headache)the title is also a musical form!

I have a clue:
It's a part of a "revenge trilogy"...the superb film (and "grand prize of the jury" winner in Cannes [ Cannes=Better than Oscar for me] 2004) Oldboy is the second part...the third one is yet to come (2005, almost the same title )...
