Non-Prog Topics

Although this is of course a site dedicated heart and soul to progressive rock, I was thinking... because nobody sticks solely to one genre of music, particularly with prog fans, I thought it might be a good idea to make arrangements within the forums for music discussion thats not prog related. This would serve a few purposes. 1) Mods could filter out topics in the main discussions area that don't pertain to progressive rock 2) The recurring obnoxtious polls and comments about adding other bands to the archives and about styles of music or groups that aren't prog (Slipknot, for instance ). 3) It would give members of the forum the opportunity to explore other styles of creative, intellectually stimulating music that isn't necessarily progressive rock.
