WYWH because of Shine On You Crazy Diamond. Ummagumma is not appreciated enough, I think.

Today it's Ummagumma.

Most definitely yes.

The Piper at the Gates of Dawn is an inimitable album with magical atmosphere. All another albums doesn't has this divine spirit. Imo.

Meddle for me. Flawless album; I even like tracks like "San Tropez" and "Seamus" (I actually love the latter; that dog has a lot of musical feeling).

After "Wish You Were Here" Pink Floyd lost their touch; even "Animals" sounds hollow to me.

Something has to be bottom of the heap.  Better that it's the one furthest in time from their 70s peak.

I am suprised Dark Side isn't a runaway given it's long time status as top seller.

I actually have to go with Meddle. It's pleasant and lovely, even sublime at times. They get a bit cold after that, and too amateurish/inadequate before it.

No, I don't think so, DB isn't the worst rated Pink Floyd album on PA. Though I might need to analise the data with more care.

Indeed, Division Bell is among my very favourite Floyd albums too, but in all honesty I couldn't vote for it above WYWH or Animals. DB might just as well be my third favourite album, even over Dark Side, which is no small thing.

It's because one single vote is allowed. Division may be the second choice of a lot of people, but we count only the first.

Yeah, I was thinking about something around those lines, but didn't come up to write it. But yes, having albums like Dark Side, WYWH, and Animals, it is difficult for someone to vote for DB. Still, if for example I like it more than Dark Side, it wouldn't be so out of place for someone else to like it better than the other albums too. Plus, there are many albums I would consider weaker than DB that have many more votes here

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

I think DSotM, WYWH, and Animals are the only possible answers to this question.
