Not at all, Sanctuary (a division of Castle)is specialized in 70's reissues. (Black Widow, Black Sabbath, Velvett Fogg among others)
Anyway there was in the 80's another metal label with the same name

I vote for SPV because I know only that label...

I don't know Sanctuary very well, but I think it's a metal label...

Is SPV/InsideOut really independent? I think they're the most important prog label from that list. Bands like Symphony X, Pain of Salvation, Enchant, Evergrey, Kino, Transatlantic, Stolt, Bodin, Flower Kings, ...
